I starting thinking this was just another book to read, but no – it isn´t. Sara Stridsbergs novel Dömfakulteten isn´t like anything else I have read, and I don´t think I´m able to say something short about it. summer reading 1

I’m not at all sure how I came to read Ali Smith; I just had the feeling that this was an authorship I should get to know. So I started almost at the beginning, with her first novel Like. I really enjoyed the first part of the book, or maybe 2/3, and then I found the story content to be weakening. But the language is just beautiful all the way through, so I’m really looking forward to read more.
